Outdoor Board
Horses living on outdoor board enjoy 24 hour turnout on quality pastures with access to fresh water and large shelters. Outdoor board includes hay two times a day or pasture and grain once a day. Over the winter the horses have access to heated water tanks. Cross-tie, indoor arena and all outdoor facility use is unlimited. Boarders are provided with a locker in the heated tack room to store tack and equipment.

Indoor Board
Horses on indoor board come in every night, or at your discretion, to a freshly cleaned and bedded stall and are turned out daily. Over the summer they are turned out into pasture and brought in. They are also provided with hay over night and grain up to two times daily. Use of indoor arena and all outdoor facilities is unlimited.

Preston Rosedale Farm is set on a 100 acre property backing onto the Tay River.

• Cross-country schooling area fully fenced for safety
• Cross-country course is under construction, there are currently schooling fences spread throughout the trails around the farm.
